At Salethura, we carefully inspect every item before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy. As an online-only store, we currently offer exchange only under the conditions below.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges must be requested within 2 days of delivery.
  • The item must be:
    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • In original condition
    • With all tags and original packaging intact
  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are allowed only for the same item (e.g. size change of the same design).
  • Customers cannot exchange for a different Item
  • Customers are responsible for returning the item via a courier service of their choice. (the return address will be shared upon exchange is accepted)
  • Salethura does not arrange return courier pickups.
  • Once the returned item is received and verified, the exchanged item will be dispatched.

Sizing Exchanges

  • If an incorrect size was selected during purchase, customers may request an exchange within the eligible period.
  • We recommend carefully reviewing the size chart before placing an order, as size selection is the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Policy

  • Salethura does not offer refunds.
  • We do not provide cash refunds, bank transfers, or store credits.
  • Approved returns are handled strictly as product exchanges only, subject to the conditions above.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
  • Used, washed, or altered items
  • Items returned after the 2-day exchange window

Exceptional Cases

In rare situations where an issue occurs during delivery or any other situations, customers are encouraged to contact us immediately so we can assist accordingly.
